A qualified Trainer in Strength and Conditioning, skills development, rehab, nutrition and mental development, Greg aspires to help individuals tap into their inner athlete, excelling not only in mountain biking but in any sport they pursue.

He firmly believes that by incorporating effective strength and mobility exercises, individuals can achieve optimal movement, and a body that moves well is capable of accomplishing anything.
