Comprehensive Training for every element of Gravity Enduro Mountain Biking.

Engaging in Gravity Enduro mountain biking epitomises the essence of true off-road cycling, where you unleash your skills on a bike capable of conquering any terrain. Yet, investing in the finest bike won't maximise your experience if your fitness level becomes a limiting factor. GE presents a holistic challenge, requiring strength in both the upper and lower body, superior bike control across diverse terrains, endurance for races and strength and power to maintain control in some of the wildest terrain one can explore.

Our programs are designed to enhance your riding capabilities and safety, enabling you to endure longer rides, cultivate greater strength, and experience reduced fatigue at the end of each ride or event. This results in increased control, enhanced focus, increased power, and ultimately transforms you into a stronger, safer and better rider.

RACING SKILLS

The Race Skills Training Program equips athletes with essential tools to enhance both their race success and safety. Covering everything from fundamental techniques to advanced Line choice and decision-making, bike setup, and race routines, these programs have proven to be optimal preparation for riders entering Local, National, and even World Cup competitions. While designed with dedicated racers in mind, Race Skills training is equally well-suited for any rider seeking heightened feedback, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standard of programming.

Our skill development programs are tailored to accommodate your unique skill set and aspirations. The process kicks off with a detailed consultation / discussion about individual needs and desired outcomes, leading to the creation of a custom-designed program even before the first session. We remain flexible, making adjustments as needed to align with your progress.

Whether you’re riding for fitness and fun or training for the next E-Gravity Enduro race, this program will help you develop the strength and stability to manoeuvre the heavier, power assisted bike and the mobility and overall fitness needed to take full advantage of your favorite e-MTB. Make sure you have a charged battery at all times…. this program will give you the energy to flatten it.
